Customer Service Advisor
Based in Peterborough PE2
3 month Temporary Assignment
Shifts to cover 8:00am -8:00pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays, no Sundays
To start Mid April 2018
My client is a leading FTSE 100 general insurer who is immensely proud of their reputation for outstanding customer service. They are currently looking for a number of people to join a project on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis.
The role will involve:
- Delivering outstanding customer service by successfully responding to questions and queries via telephone and email
- Working closely with colleagues to raise service and sales standards to the most appropriate person, developing joint solutions and sharing best practice
- Address any customer/intermediary service queries or complaints that arise to ensure customer service and satisfaction standards are consistently achieved
To be successful you will:
- Have experience in a customer service environment
- Be available for interview and Assessment centre ASAP
- Be available to cover all shifts 8:00am -8:00pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays (no Sundays)
