Customer Service Advisor, Wheatley, Oxford - £17,000 - £20,000
Hours: Full time, permanent

Global CTS is working exclusively with this established medium sized business that is seeking a dedicated person to join the Customer Service team of five and a wider business of 36 people. You will be working in large, open plan offices with a team of people that thrive on delivering a high level of service to a variety of clients both over the telephone and via email. We are looking for a person who has a minimum of 12 months office related customer service experience who can demonstrate a background in talking to clients as well as using Microsoft on a daily basis.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Being first point of contact for all queries to the office from new and existing customers
  • Dealing with queries and questions related to products and services
  • Advising customers and offering advice where applicable
  • Daily use of customer database (CRM) updating information and details
  • Responding to emails in a professional manner
  • Checking documents and orders before being sent to clients
  • Working as part of a team

Job Specifications (Skills and Experience)

  • Strong IT skills in particular Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills both over the telephone and face to face
  • Minimum of 12 months office related experience is preferred
  • Good level of education
