We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team here at Somerset Care.
You will possess good communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
On a daily basis you will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be an expert in directing customers to the correct service or range of services.
The ideal candidate will come from a busy customer service setting and have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages (excel) and data input.
