Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 40 hours per week, working shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday
£8.50 per hour

Temporary role

This is a temporary role, subject to a DBS Check

Due to our client's busy period we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help support the manager and team. This is a fantastic role for an Administrator looking to work over the summer period with an experienced team. You will need to be able to travel to Birmingham for training

Main Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting on site residents and visitors
  • Signing and logging parcels
  • Telephone/email enquiries
  • Assisting with viewings
  • Completing room inspections
  • Stock checks and orders
  • General admin
  • Dealing with enquiries/bookings
  • Assisting with the daily reported maintenance and prioritising the daily repairs

The ideal candidate will:

  • Experience of working within a busy customer focussed or service environment and dealing with difficult situations
  • Administration experience
  • Experience of working within a team
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications and general use of IT
  • Be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing
  • To be available for duties on weekends

We are looking for a candidate who has previous proven office experience, and is looking for an immediate start.
