The client are a fast growing, independent financial services business based in Trafford Park. With approximately 900 staff and growing, the company provides personal accounts, insurance, credit and lending solutions.
A great opportunity has become available on their Customer Contact Team, who are looking for individuals and graduates that will thrive within a customer service environment.
- Handle customer enquiries with an aim for first time resolution, using effective questioning techniques, producing great customer outcomes.
Respond promptly and resolve any customer queries via email
Amend and update customer records accordingly
Adherence to department KPIs
Operating within quality guidelines and external regulators, specifically the FCA.
The timely reporting of any complaints and/or suspicious activity in line with company policy and procedure.
Ensuring that all work carried out is to the highest standard, in line with the policies and procedures.
The protection of client privacy and commercial confidentiality.
Consistently maintain competence under the training and competency scheme
Carry out all duties in a manner that reflects the business' values at all times
Undertake any further duties determined as reasonable and necessary in fulfillment of the role
Process any first line customer debit card payments/ set up direct debits
Ensure any form of dissatisfaction is logged and effectively resolved/or managed
·GCSE Math and English at least Grade C
·Proven listening skills
·Ability to empathise with and understand clients individual circumstances
·Proven ability of achieving consistent KPI’s both individually and in a team capacity
·Strong organisational skills
·Intermediate computer Skills
·Able to work compliantly to defined standards
