Customer Service Advisor is required to represent the company by telephone and provide customers with a helpful and efficient administrative service. As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:-
Inputting customer details and data into the computer with a high level of accuracy
Maintaining a high degree of customer confidentiality at all times
Liaising with customers regarding appointments
As the ideal Customer Service Advisor, you will be educated to at least GCSE level in English or equivalent. You must work in a well-structured and ordered fashion; you will have sensitivity and empathy in dealing with issues which are complex and emotive.
