A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer service advisor to join a very reputable manufacturer based near to West Bromwich.

You have the potential to join a friendly and welcoming team with very supportive and approachable management.

The key duties include:
- Logging and progressing customer requests
- Logging all information on the CRM system
- Dealing with complaints and escalated issues within SLA measures
- Prioritising at the beginning of the day and actioning vital tasks
- Scheduling maintenance work with field engineers
- Update engineer bulletin
- Monitoring team email inbox
- Supporting colleagues with administration work

The ideal candidate:

- Will be extremely strong over the phone
- Ideally from an engineering or manufacturing background due to technicality of the products/contracts
- Good working knowledge of MS Word & Excel
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask
- Good team plater

Salary: £18,000 with prospects to gain more knowledge and progress
