Customer Service Advisor

A major umbrella / payroll company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join its team in South Chester.

As the Customer Service Advisor, your duties will be to:

  • Handle inbound correspondence (calls and emails).
  • Ensure client expectations are managed.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the call and follow through with any promises.
  • Aim to resolve any issues on the first call to prevent the need for call-backs.
  • Add all client information and call history are logged on the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate any major issues to relevant managers.
  • Respond to any call back requests.

To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A strong understanding of the business and services in order to deal with the majority of inbound enquires.
  • Ideally, have working experience within a supporting admin role.
  • Previous experience within a similar customer-based role.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

 The Advisor will be working 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

In return, the Customer Service Advisor will receive a salary of £17000 per annum.
