Welcome to Staffbank Recruitment.

We are working with a local client who is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to cover the in-house helpdesk service, ensuring an excellent standard of service is given to both the public and internal staff.

You will be responsible for a wide range of duties such as statements and invoices, taking bookings and maintaining the system used for reception purposes. You will also need to produce reports on a regular basis to ensure all maintenance of resources and departments are kept to a certain standard.

This is a part time role however you must be flexible to work between 07.45am-17.15 to cover annual leave and sickness.
