Customer Service Advisor

We are delighted to be recruiting for Customer Service Advisors who thrive on providing excellent customer service.

This role is for outsourced call answering specialists who answer calls for various businesses based in the UK. As a customer service advisor, your role will be to

  • Answer a high volume of calls, transferring the call to the relevant person or dealing directly with the enquiry directly.

  • Determine requirements by working with customers.

  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.

  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

  • Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

  • Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

For this role you must

  • Be customer focused

  • Have excellent listening skills

  • Clear phone skills

  • Clear verbal communication skills

  • Able to multi-task
