Customer Service Advisor
£8.25 per hour – Ongoing Temp Contract
Based in the West of Edinburgh

Reed Business Support are currently working with a large and well known client of ours based at the Gyle area of Edinburgh. This utilities based company are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to start immediately.

Duties involved in this role will include:
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Acting as first point of contact for customer queries and issues
• Resolving customer queries
• Obtaining customer information
• Taking ownership of customer cases
• Accurately inputting customer's data on system
• Any ad hoc processing that is required

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:
• Experience working in a contact centre environment – this experience is essential
• First class communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively
