An exciting Customer Service Advisor job in Glasgow working for a leading independent CA firm paying a competitive salary providing excellent service to clients and customers on a national level.
Your new company
This Scotland based CA firm are currently going from strength to strength and work with a diverse range of clients. They have excellent training and development in place for staff at all levels and the have experienced success in developing commercially focused finance professionals; this is demonstrated by a growth in the Call Handling team. This role has arisen due to continued growth within the firm.
Your new role
You'll work as part of a diverse team in the Insolvency Division. You will be excellent in call-handling and conducting pre-arranged telephone interviews, as well as completing relevant paperwork and collating monthly statistics. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in working to targets and adding value to clients by reviewing and assessing client information. You will also gain exposure to credit control and carrying out full fact-finding on personal financial information with clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent previous call-handling or contact centre experience and an excellent telephone manner. You will have experience working in telesales environment and to be on track for an additional bonus you will have a proven track record of exceeding targets. Working in a professional capacity, you will be accountable to the FCA and so must be comfortable working in a compliance driven environment.
