Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in the Huntingdon area is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
This is offered on a Temporary basis for 3 months, and it is a great opportunity to develop Customer Service skills.
The working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

The successful candidate will;

  • Have good Customer Service skills
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Provide progress updates to customers
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Have good attention to detail
