Customer Service Advisor

The Commercial division of SF Group Leicester are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.

The duties will be:

  • Inputting new and amended codes to existing customer accounts
  • Sending confirmation letters/price lists
  • Completing supplement amendments
  • Responding to queries on customer pricing
  • Completing extranet log in set up
  • Speaking to customers with account queries
  • Creating and generating a variety of reports
  • Sending catalogues to customers
  • Printing and laminating documents

From the right candidate the skills we are looking for are:

  • Relationship building
  • Reliability
  • Excel (basic knowledge of a vlookup)
  • Customer service skills

For the right candidate this opportunity can start straight away. In return you will be offered an attractive salary of up to £18,000 and work office hours Monday - Friday.
