Full Time Customer Service Advisor Pertemps are recruiting for a prestigious bank in Edinburgh on a temporary but ongoing basis Pay rate - £10.02 Working Hours - You will be working variable shifts available between the hours of 8am - 6pm, working Monday to Friday. Handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing an excellent level of customer service to meet the needs of our customers to extend and develop the customer relationship. Role Description: - Working on an ongoing project targeting commercial and corporate clients to move them one online channel to another. - Answer inbound calls from customers, making sure you are helping the customer at first point of contact. - High volume of inbound calls per team. - Make outbound calls to customers to aid the movement from one channel to the next. - Ensure that all customers are dealt with in accordance with all compliance and regulatory
requirements (including internal processes and procedures). - Focus on quality and delivering outstanding customer service Skills Required: - Strong Customer Service skills - Face to face or Telephony experience - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work on own whilst understanding impact of role within a team - PC Skills - Team work If you meet the criteria above and are interested, please apply or send your CV to [1]
