You will be joining a team of Customer Service Advisors within the conservatories department, registering all new conservatory and driveways business, scheduling of survey resource, recording customer feedback and staisfact and working with other departments to acheive the best results.
Knowledge/Experience and Skills required:
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
- Able to use own initiative and prioritise workload
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner
