Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Leeds

Salary: £15,269 + 3% flexible benefits + contributory pension

Start Date: 16th April 2018

We're now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.

Our business is growing at an incredible pace and we're looking to add to our talented team. Full training is provided so we're not looking for specific qualifications, it's more important that you have the right attitude and are keen to learn.

That said, there are a few attributes we'd like you to demonstrate. These include:

  • Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers of all backgrounds
  • An understanding of and passion for good customer service
  • An understanding of working to KPIs and achieving objectives
  • Being a team player
  • Being organised and able to multi-task
  • Being willing and keen to learn

Applicants must be available to work shift patterns between 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturday's
