The Role - 6 months fixed term contract
Working across all aspects of post-sale mortgage provision, you'll work directly with customers, solicitors, brokers and others to ensure the highest levels of service. That will include responding to queries and requests, providing guidance and fair outcomes, and ensuring we meet and exceed our customer expectations. Key elements of the role include applying payments, amending accounts, handling complaints and helping to identify opportunities for service improvement wherever possible.
Along with a good standard of education to at least GCSE level or equivalent, you'll have experience gained in a similar regulated or financial services environment. From your experience, you'll also have developed good organisation, numerical and analytical skills, so you're an able time manager with good problem-solving and decision-making ability. As well as clear customer service focus, you'll also be a good team player and can confidently deal with customers, even in difficult situations.

Between £18,000 and £24,000. The top end will be given to candidates from a mortgage sector background. Based in Wilmslow.
