A temporary to permanent customer service job based in Whiteley

Your new role
You will be answering calls from customers who have been involved in car accidents as well as liaising with many different stakeholders to ensure that the customer is back on the road as soon as possible.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1+ years' experience within customer service
- Understanding of service level agreements
- Genuine interest in helping people
- Empathetic and understanding
- A 'can do' attitude
- Excellent telephone manner
- Organisational and prioritisation skills.
What you'll get in return
You will start off on a temporary basis with an opportunity for a permanent position after 12 weeks. There is parking available on site and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. There are a number of different shift patterns that you must be flexible to work including evenings and weekends.
