A Customer Service Advisor is required for our client based in their busy service centre. Acting as first point of contact, the successful applicant will be handling incoming enquiries from clients, processing and inputting accurate data whilst maintaining a high level of customer care at all times. Training will be provided to understand fully the company's equipment range.
Candidates must have 2 years customer service experience within a similar role. Hours 8.30 a.m. to 5.00.p.m. plus weekend coverage on a 1:5 rota basis. Saturday 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. and Sunday 9.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. Salary c£19500 (including overtime).
