Our client is looking to expand their current inbound customer service team in the City Centre. The role involves answering telephone queries from individual business owners and companies alike regarding tax and other financial details. The ideal person will be friendly and engaging with an excellent telephone manner, be able to multi-task efficiently and keep detailed and accurate records of all calls received.
There are two shift patterns available:-
Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm
Monday - Friday - 9:30am - 6:00pm
This is a temporary role for six months with a view for candidates to be made permanent after this six month period. This will also include a pay rise.
Spoken Welsh language is desirable but not essential.
