The main aim of this Customer Service Advisor role is to provide an excellent service to existing customers on an inbound telephone system. You will be answering enquiries about their policies, updating their details and answering any questions they may have. You may also refer the customer to different departments internally.
We are looking for people who have experience in customer service, who are personable and bubbly and who can commit to this role long term. You will ideally have longevity in your career so far and have the right attitude towards work.
