This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake work within a customer service environment, working for a firm who are growing rapidly. Previous experience in a customer service environment is an advantage but not essential. It is working full time hours to start ASAP in Liverpool.
Role: temp to perm
Salary: £8.00 p/h
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-17.00
The role: This position would suit candidates with a background in customer service or equally it would be a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated candidates to train to become Customer Service Advisors by joining a progressive company and working with their lively team. The successful candidate will not be taking calls but would be dealing with any queries the client has usually dealt on a spreadsheet.
Start date: ASAP
Training: Training with be held in Leeds. Travel and accommodation will be paid for along with a food allowance.
Duties will include:
- Speaking to our customers to help solve issues
- Writing high quality emails with customer updates
- Speaking with depots to identify problems customers are experiencing
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Updating systems and emailing solution updates
Who we're looking for: The ideal candidate will be someone who can offer good customer services skills and previous experience within a telephone based customer service environment would be a benefit but not essential. If you can communicate effectively and empathise with customers, please consider these roles. You will have a high level of attention to detail, be competent with IT and have good written English.
