Our client has a fantastic reputation and is well known for their excellent customer service and putting their customers first at all times. Our clients contact centre provides a first point of contact for their customers and is truly at the heart of the business!
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will take calls from customers, help them with their enquiry and ensuring they receive a world class service. Calls can range from balance enquiries to opening a new account.
Once you are confident with the elements of the role you will progress through a structured accreditation programme, enabling you to deal with more complex situations whilst developing yourself and potentially your career.
- Experience of work within a customer service environment (telephony or face to face experience)
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible attitude to support and work within a team
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Dedicated, professional and committed
35 hours per week flexibly across the following hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 8pm
Saturday - 9am to 5pm
Sunday - 10am to 4pm
