Our public sector client based in Darlington have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join their busy team.

Temporary contract

Immediate start

Hours Full Time Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Purpose Of The Role

You will be dealing with a variety of calls, e-mails and face-to-face visits for a number of local services.

Experience & Skills

You should have at least 2 years’ recent experience of either delivering customer services in a customer orientated role related to a service provision OR of working in a call centre environment.

You must have effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.

You must also be computer literate with experience of Office packages. Effective keyboard skills and the ability to accurately capture data while managing customer expectations are also essential.
