Your new company
You will be working as part of a team of 10 in an expanding utilities company. They are the champions of utilities in the midlands and are looking for a team member with a passion for people and customer service.
Your new role
You will be working as a customer service advisor. On your average day you will be dealing with both inbound and outbound calls. The aim of your calls is to resolve any queries your customers may have in related to the utilities service they are receiving. You will seek to deliver excellent customer service, whilst managing customer accounts, contracts, credits and direct debits. You will be working to various performance based targets including call handling and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a customer service based role. Additionally, they are looking for a candidate with an excellent phone manner and the ability to handle an array of queries. This is a fast paced, performance based role so you will have to be able to work quickly and effectively to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely yet personable manner.
What you'll get in return
You will have a salary of £17,000. As this role is very much performance based, you will have the opportunity to gain a quarterly bonus of £250. You will be working on a rotating shift basis, 9:00 - 17:00 and 12:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday.
