Providing front line assistance for existing customers via telephone, email, Livechat and post in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, Assisting with all queries received into the department by accurately displaying a high level of functional and technical expertise in line with the company processes and procedures, Continuously displaying a high level of knowledge and expertise of the company’s products, policies and services,Achieving the set performance objectives to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in order to contribute to achieving the overall department Supporting all other agents by sharing information and expertise where required, Assisting in the continued development and improvement of the department by providing appropriate customer and/or personal feedback in a timely, clear and concise manner
