A world leading healthcare company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor/Referral Facilitator to join their West London team. Your new role
As Customer Service Advisor/Referral Facilitator you will be part of the clinical support team, and will be a key component in customer satisfaction and have a responsibility to make every contact informative, productive and positive for customers.
Your primary responsibilities will involve:
- Working with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team via phone to manage request for services from patients and / or providers.
- Manage the referrals process on the phone, processing incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorisations
-Process notification requirements
- Dealing with queries
- Handle phone resolution / inquiries from members and/or providers.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role as Customer Service Advisor you should have previous Customer Service experience working in a contact centre environment, analysing and solving customer problems.
You should be very IT literate especially on Microsoft Office and have a fantastic phone manner.
The preferred candidate would have previous experience working within a healthcare environment, however if you have the correct attitude and skills they are open to industry background.
