My client is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Diss, Norfolk.
Working as part of a growing team the role is primarily phone based, handling incoming and outgoing calls, dealing with all lines of enquiry for customers and providing detailed quotes. The team are responsible for making changes to customers policies, setting up new policies and ensuring that customers are treated fairly and are adequately covered.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent time management skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. My client is a very busy office and you will need to be comfortable working to tight and urgent deadlines.
