Due to continued growth and promotion, my client, a specialist in their unique field, are looking to expand their customer care team. The role will involve answering incoming calls from customers, building relationships, taking important information and arranging bookings. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong and confident communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot should any issues arise. The role does have a good mix of both customer service and admin so a background in both would be suitable.
