Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based within Kings Hill

Your duties will be

  • To act as first point of contact for the clients customers, handling their communications and queries, both written and verbal, visiting and meeting with clients when required to provide the highest level of service
  • To undertake various administrative tasks including, but not limited to account opening and closing, account maintenance, change of address, change of contract following rules and protocols
  • To actively participate in positive communications between the Operations Team to enable a seamless service to customers
  • To ensure confidentiality of customer records at all times thereby ensuring adherence to Data Protection Regulatory requirements
  • To carry out other duties as specified by the line Manager
  • Whilst in communication with existing and new customers to look for new business opportunities

Skills Required

  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience of working within a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel and outlook
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is the key
  • Positive attitude
  • Able to solve problems
  • Administrative experience

Pre-employment checks, DBS, will need to be completed

This will be 35 hours per week

This position will start in March and finish 31st August with a view of extending

Salary - £9.40 per hour
