Customer Service Advisor
£17,000 - £19,000pa DOE
Our client are a specialist ecommerce business and they urgently require an experienced Customer Support Advisor to join their already established team.
Previous customer service experience is essential for this role.
Duties will include:
Administration / data inputting & CRM Management
Responding to customer service emails
Answering customer service telephone enquiries
Assist customers with product queries
Processing customer returns
Must be IT Literate and conversant with Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to solve problems effectively
You will need to be able to work in a team
You must be prepared to undertake professional training
Hours of work: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
As an ecommerce business they operate 365 days a year and as such flexibility will be required at certain times as occasional weekend & Bank Holiday work will be required.
