Salary: £15,795 + quarterly performance bonus
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Rota: Between the hours of 09:00 - 21:00 Monday- Friday + 1 Saturday
Location: Leeds, LS10

The Role

We are looking for focused, career driven individuals with passion and urge to deliver customer service.You will need to be able to communicate to a wide range of customers who will know a little or a lot about their broadband service whilst:

Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts
Administrating customer account details using a range of IT systems
Responding to online customer enquiries
Working process flows and diagnosing broadband issues to get our customers set up and online
Ensuring that the workplace remains fun, relaxed and friendly

Person Specification

Flexible with working hours
Ideally previous call centre/technical support experience, however not necessary!
Excellent communication and rapport building skills
Possess a positive, confident and determined approach
Ability to work under pressure
Resilience and capability to cope with a variety of customer problems
Ideally experience working on computer databases
