OSR Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a forward thinking and growing manufacturing business based in Kings Lynn to recruit for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy team
The role will be mostly working with their UK based customer accounts, however as the role also includes dealing with European accounts, so someone with language skills (French, Dutch or German) would be perfect for the role.
- Answering incoming queries via telephone and email in a professional and efficient manner
- Working alongside different departments within the business to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and within the right timeframes
- Keeping office databases up to date with accurate customer information
- Upselling and cross selling different items as and when possible to maximise sales and revenue for the business
- Resolving any potential problems relating to production, logistics, incorrect orders and generally providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Working with both UK based customers as well as European accounts, using language skills such as French, Dutch or German in order to communicate efficiently
- Experience within a customer service/account management based role is preferable
Salary for the role is £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience, and there will also be opportunities to progress into different areas of the business for successful and hard-working candidates.
