Hours: 40hrs per week
Competitive salary dependent upon experience

Essential skills required:
- Excellent computer skills
- Maths & English GCSE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great Customer Service
- Self-motivated to achieve set targets
Desirable skills required:
- Experience in a similar role within a call centre environment
Our client's core Customer Service opening hours are; Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 19:00 and Saturday - 09:00 to 17:30. Therefore the ability to be flexible in working shifts is essential
