Customer Service Advisor

My Stamford based client is looking for bright individuals with customer service experience to join their team. This position is busy and so you will need to want to work in a fast paced environment that can offer you variety and a challenge. You will also be a team player and have strong administration skills to complement this role. This is a full time Monday to Friday position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is delivered
  • Maintaining quality by adhering to standards
  • To carry out any administration duties, as required
  • To highlight any issues, such as complaints, in a timely manner to your line manager
  • Adopt a flexible approach to changes within the role.

Key Skills:

  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills including a good command of English both verbal and written
  • To work on one’s own initiative and also as part of the team
  • Awareness of data security / confidentiality
  • Ability to maintain a professional manner whilst working under pressure
  • Microsoft office skills - Intermediate
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Good data entry skills
  • Ensure that all escalations follow the company reporting lines, as per the company structure
  • Any other duties, as required.
