A rapidly expanding cloud based software company is looking for a permanent Customer Service Advisor

Key responsibilities as follows

Create a rapport with the new customers

Collecting portfolio information to set new customers accounts up

Training our new customers to ensure that they are using the company’s product to it’s full potential and running their business successfully.

Managing customer expectations throughout this process

Providing general product support when required

Essential Requirements

Experienced in Customer Service/Support (Any industry)

Excellent conversation skills - interpersonal, written and oral

Enjoys problem solving

Self-management and organisation

Attention to detail

Enjoys working with people to transform their business

An attitude to take on ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment

Worked in accounts or property would be a great bonus skill

An attitude to learn, improve yourself and improve the business
