Our client is looking for someone to commit to a 6 month contract with the possibilty of extension. You will work as part of a small but busy customer service team, supporting this growing and exciting company.
The successful candidate will have a passion and flair for delivering great customer service. Working closely as part of a busy customer service team, you’ll be the first stop for their customers (in a multi-channel contact environment) handling their questions, placing orders and booking events and handling any complaints or concerns. You’ll need to be helpful, tactful and display real understanding and a desire to get things right in all customer interactions. This is a developing work environment so a positive ability to embrace change is a must.
There is weekend work (upto 2 weekends a month) but you will have days off in the week so you only work a 5 day week.
- Provide great customer service via voice, email and chat to all customers and suppliers. Provide positive and effective outcomes to complaint issues retaining and building on customer loyalty
- Be an effective communicator both verbally and in the written word
- The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and positive attitude.
