Customer Service Advisor

Huntress are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading company located just outside of Guildford.

This position will suit an individual who is a passionate about providing a high level of service to customers as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation. With a brand new office this is definitely an exciting time to be joining the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all customer issues/complaints/queries are dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with colleagues to resolve customer issues/complaints/queries
  • Process customer refunds and returns.
  • Keep RMA's updated
  • Process customer orders and payments

Job Dimensions:

  • The Customer Service role is office based.
  • First point of call for customers.
  • Working as part of the CS Team
  • Support colleagues with sales opportunities and queries.

Due to the location it would be advantageous to be a driver, however the company do offer a mini bus service from 3 different locations around the Guildford area.
