Customer Service Advisor

Our client a leading national car dealership is now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Huntingdon on a permanent basis due to expansion. The role will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

The role will be targeted at individuals who have previous Customer Service experience, this could be within any industry. The individual must be a great communicator both written and verbal, capable of identifying and dealing with customer needs. Hold strong customer service skills to provide an efficient and effective service and with the skills to prioritise their own workload. The successful candidate will need to be IT literate.

This is an ideal role for someone who is currently working within a Customer Service role seeking their next challenge which offers development and growth. The main duties of this role will be to assist the company with their customer care processes and procedures ensuring all clients receive a good service throughout the duration of their journey with the business. This will involve making sure all customers know what services can be provided by the business; this typically will be done by telephone or email. This is a varied busy position with a well-established company.
