Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Colwick, Nottingham

Salary: £15,800

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (hours to suit between 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday)

Our well respected client, due to continued growth and expansion, is seeking to recruit additional support to its thriving contact centre

You will need to be available on the morning of Friday 13 April for interview

Core duties:

* first point of contact for new and existing customers via a variety of contact channels
* deal with calls and online appointment requests from customers
* coordinate appointment requests
* assist customers with cancellations
* fully understand customer requirements

Experience:

* previous contact centre experience
* excellent telephone manner
* minimum GCSE qualifications
* self motivated
* able to work using own initiative
* effective time management skills
* articulate
* proven written skills
* MS proficient, including Word, Excel and Outlook
