Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor with Webhelp UK, you will be working on behalf of one of our valued clients, a respected market leader in the telecommunications industry. Taking inbound calls from customers, you will support them with any queries or complaints they may have, in relation to the services they receive and also advise on their bill payments.
Working as part of a team within a fast paced, dynamic call centre environment, you deliver exceptional customer service in a proactive manner by taking the time to understand the needs of each customer and provide a resolution on the first instance wherever possible.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will enjoy talking to people and have gained previous experience of working in a customer driven environment, preferably within a Contact Centre, but this is not essential. Also, as this is a fast paced and dynamic environment, the ability to work to targets and the desire to exceed them is essential.
As you will be speaking with customers on a daily basis, excellent communication and rapport building skills are paramount, as well as attention to detail and the ability to identify a problem and provide a solution
