My client is a well respected leading provider of insurance for classic cars and 4X4 vehicles and is offering opportunities within their friendly customer service and sales teams.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and effective administrative support to all customers through a variety of communication channels. Working in the bespoke market dealing with unique vehicles you will have the opportunity to experience exciting opportunities such as career mapping and meeting customers face to face at events throughout the year.
The role will primarily be to call existing customers from across the business streams, you would be expected to deliver the highest possible standard of customer service while demonstrating a calm, polite and confident telephone manner and adhering to all company procedures.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Previous experience working in a customer service focused role
- Excellent data inputting skills, literacy and numeracy
- Willingness to develop self and new skills
Competitive base salary starting at £15,000 and rising to £16,000 after 9 months then £17,500 after 18 months, plus excellent benefits. Generous commission scheme with an OTE of £27,000 per annum.
Week 1 : 8.30 - 4.30 - total hours 37.50
Week 2 : 11.30 - 7.30 - total hours 37.50
(Plus every other Saturday 8.30 - 4.30)
Please not the start date for this role is 14 th March 2018 and no holiday can be authorised during the first 8 weeks of training.
