An exciting opportunity has arisen in Rushden for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy company on a temporary basis. This post is expected to last for approximately 3 months, perhaps longer.
Your responsibilities as Customer Service Advisor include delivering excellent standards of customer care and consistent high quality information and advice on all aspects of the company's services. You are to ensure a positive customer experience is a priority on each call, clear and concise responses to all customer enquiries/complaints are given.
