£7.93 per hour, 40 hours per week

We have a golden opportunity to become part of a successful team of Customer Service Advisors based in Newcastle! If you are an enthusiastic person with a passion for customer service and want to be part of a progressing team then this could be the role for you!
- Handling inbound calls from customers with general enquiries related to billing, payments and services
- Working within a friendly, passionate and professional contact centre in Newcastle
- Recording and updating details onto the in-house system
- Resolving customers issues efficiently
- Working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern across Monday to Sunday
- Free Full training will be provided.
- We're looking for people who have great customer service skills and a passion for helping people
- Essentially you will be motivated and keen
- You'll need to be comfortable inputting information onto the IT system during calls
- Great communication and listening skills are very important as you'll be the first responders for our customers
- Must be willing to learn and engage in further training when necessary
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, between Monday and Sunday
- £7.68 per hour
