Monday - Friday (10am - 6pm, overtime available on a Saturday but not compulsory) NO WEEKENDS!!
MINIMUM 6 MONTHS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - CONTACT CENTRE OR RETAIL SALES!!
Communicating with new and existing customers offering them additional products and exclusive offers
Providing excellent customer service, making the customer feel like part of our family during their experience with us
Working towards personal and team targets
Adhering to data protection at all times whilst ensuring that customer details are kept confidential and security protocol is followed on every single call.
Providing effective written and verbal communication over the telephone, email and the in-house system.
