We are recruiting for an upbeat & highly motivated Customer Service Advisor, with a strong background in telephone-based customer service.

The Role

Working for a growing & successful e-Commerce business on the outskirts of Banbury, the purpose of this largely telephone-based job will be to speak with both new & current customers, resolving order queries, updating on order progress & stock availability

The Customer Service Advisor will have an enthusiastic approach, will be an avid problem solver & great organisation skills

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years, Customer Service experience
  • Assertive and personable telephone manner essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisation skills, able to manage a busy workload
  • Aptitude for problem solving
  • Full, clean driving license required due to location

Other information

  • Salary: £18,000 - £21,000
  • 20 days holidays + Bank Holidays
  • Free car parking
