Temporary Customer Service role available - 8th - 14th February - £8.50 an hour inclusive of holiday pay
Your new company
You will be working for an outsourcing centre, working in the customer service team for an established manufacturing company.
Your new role
You will be answering a high volume of inbound calls, resolving all customer queries and escalating complaints appropriately. You will work to various different targets, such as call handling and wrap time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a call handling role, and be available from the 8th December for training.
What you'll get in return
You will get paid £7.50 an hour plus holiday pay, working varying shift patterns, starting at 8.30am and finishing at 4pm latest.
