We're currently on the look out for Customer Service Advisors to work within our Banking Contact Centre! If you're looking for a new role where you can improve your career, develop your skills or be part of an outstanding working environment we could have the role for you!

  • Salary would be £16,000-19,800 depending on your previous experience and with that we provide ongoing training, excellent benefits including a generous 27 days holiday allowance and an outstanding team environment.
  • There's also a shift allowance for that added extra on top of your salary.
  • The hours will be 35 per week which would be over flexi shifts and you would work 2 out of 4 weekends.
  • All training would be provided so if you're thinking of making a career change this could be the opportunity for you.

We are looking for individuals who can go above and beyond to ensure all our customers receive the best service. Whether you're transferring money, promoting products or solving problems, you'll put the Customers needs at the heart of every call.

If you don't have a background in financial services, don't worry. We provide training, a specialist learning academy and friendly coaches too, so you feel confident to handle every call with a smile.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll also need excellent written interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn quickly. So, no matter whether you're helping customers over the phone, on email, through the post or online, you'll meet all their needs - and their expectations.
