My client, a leader in their field of expertise are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their professional team of advisors.
You will be first point of contact for this face paced company, responsible for incoming calls, dealing with customers nationwide and liaising with colleagues, suppliers and contractors to organise call outs, following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
You should have:
- GCSE's grade C or above
- Two years experience in a similar fast faced customer service role
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal on all levels
- Good attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise own workload
- Have brilliant organisation skills and be able to multi task
- Flexible in your approach
